Beta Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the ZoneCue Cardio beta application, launch notification form and feedback form is used and protected.

Information we collect

For beta applicants, we collect your name, Google Account email, Android phone model and version, heart-rate sensor brand and model, typical cardio activities, anticipated testing frequency, required beta acknowledgements and your optional marketing preference. For launch notifications, we collect your email address, optional first name and optional marketing preference. If the feedback form is enabled, we collect your rating, comments and category, plus any optional email, display name, app version, phone model and testimonial permission you provide. We may also record referral and campaign information included in the page link.

How we use it

We use beta application information to evaluate applicants, send Google Play testing instructions, administer participation, request feedback, troubleshoot compatibility and improve ZoneCue Cardio. We use launch-list information to notify you when the app becomes publicly available. Feedback submissions are used to improve the app, resolve problems and follow up when you provide an email. If you separately opt in to product updates and marketing, we may also contact you about updates and future offers.

Testimonials and public display

Feedback is private by default. We will consider displaying comments publicly only when you expressly authorize testimonial use. Permission does not guarantee publication, and submissions are reviewed before any public use. You may withdraw testimonial permission by contacting us.

Marketing choice

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to participate in the beta or receive the requested launch notification. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in a marketing message or by contacting us.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell information submitted through these forms. We may use service providers that help operate the site, database, email communications or Google Play testing. They may process information only to provide those services or as required by law.

Retention and security

We retain applicant information for as long as reasonably needed to administer the beta, document consent, improve the product and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, withdraw from the beta, cancel your launch notification or withdraw testimonial permission. Deletion may be limited where information must be retained for legal, security or consent-record purposes.

Fitness and health information

This application form does not request workout history, heart-rate readings, diagnoses or other medical information. Please do not include sensitive health information in communications about your application.
